What are the Career Planning Milestones at Georgia College?

I just found out about GC's "Career Planning Milestones" — a four-year career planning model that all undergraduate students are expected to complete before graduation . The Career Center believes "career planning is a lifelong process" and wants all graduates to "secure fulfilling careers post-graduation" .

The milestones include career assessments, resume reviews, mock interviews, and senior check-ins . Has anyone completed these? Do they actually help?

I did the mock interview last month and I was SO nervous but it was actually fine. The person interviewing me was a career center staff member, not some scary employer. She gave me feedback on how I answered, my body language, everything. I realized I was saying "um" like 47 times in 20 minutes. Had no idea. Now I'm practicing and it's so much better. That alone made the whole milestone thing worth it for me.
